1 Manage the process which includes procurement (order & forecast), inventory control, logistics and distribution at the optimal cost and lead time level. 2 Manage daily manufacturing activities at suppliers', including order follow up, production planning, capacity enhancement and relationship maintenance. 3 Drive continuous improvement of suppliers’ performance on lead time, OTD, shipment cost and service. 4 Manage consigned materials at suppliers'. Adjust buffer stock quantity based on demand changes and product forecast. 5 Find components at spot buy market to make sure material availability in production. 6 Handle cost down and lead time reduction. 7 Work with suppliers and forwarder to ensure smooth shipment (shipment confirmation, invoice providing, battery documents update etc.). 8 Support on NPI to ensure new products launch on time (Materials availability, samples follow up and delivery, packaging data collection).

1 Manage all sales activities with USA customers, including order and forecast receiving, order follow-up, delivery schedule, payment and problem solving. 2 Handle inquiries from customers and provide quote timely. 3 Communicate with customers on LT, MOQ, samples request, product upgrade etc. 4 Provide customers with sales report and analysis. 5 Work with purchasing, PMC and production team to assure products are produced on time with right quantity and quality. 6 Arrange shipment, including booking the sizable truck and container to make cost effective, preparing shipping documents for customs for customs clearance. 7 Deal with customer complaint and goods return, maintain good relationship with customers.

1 Responsible for all translation activities, including documents translation such as Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and interpretation during customers’ visit. 2. Work with Purchasing and SMT to ensure materials and parts are available in production. 3 Manage expenses and budget and make monthly report. 4 Make hotel reservation and arrange transportation for staff and guests.
