Jessie Nguyen Zivny

Jessie is a well-rounded Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Leader. She started her recruiting career from a retained executive search background and has successfully built high performing teams in an Executive Search firm and a Biotech company. Currently working for QIAGEN as Head of Talent Acquisition, Americas, Jessie and her team work closely with Hiring Managers in the Molecular Diagnostics, Life Science, Bioinformatics Business and other EC Areas to support them on all hiring needs in Americas. Besides, Jessie also holds various Regional and Global HR Business Partner roles and supports QIAGEN's Executives on operational/ strategic HR topics. During 7 years working as an Executive Search Consultant/ Practice Leader at HRnet One, Jessie gained her invaluable experience through numerous recruitment projects ranging from single targeted searches to start-up/ turnkey projects. Jessie has supported clients from different sectors such as Life Sciences, Energy, Aerospace, Engineering and Consumer, for all functions and across Asia Pacific. Jessie’s experience has mostly been focused executive level positions and challenging recruitment projects. Jessie got a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Social Sciences and Humanities and a Degree of Business in Marketing Management, First Class Honors. While in University, as the President of the Vietnamese Community, Jessie actively led fellow students to involve in many meaningful community activities, including organizing charitable events.
