- Ensure suggested purchases are actioned on a weekly basis to ensure future demand is covered. - Closely monitor purchase order delivery dates to ensure the timely availability of stock. - Providing timely responses and feedback to all departments in relation to enquiries and issues with product availability and landed cost. - Review and action supplier delivery confirmations by making any necessary changes and communicate with the planning and production teams if orders cannot be met. - Liaise with Suppliers; Procurement; R&D, Sales to minimise schedule disruptions due to supplier stock supply issues; - Review safety stocks, MOQ’s on a periodic basis; Ensure inventory levels are maintained at predetermined levels. - Engage in regular reviews of Key Suppliers with Procurement.
