I oversee projects end-to-end—from concept and tooling feasibility, through mold design, build, trials, and final delivery—ensuring quality, schedule, and risk control. My experience covers high-precision and multi-material tooling, including 2K/3K multi-color molds for automotive lighting, medical, electronics, and industrial applications. I act as a technical-commercial bridge to align engineering requirements with cost-effective solutions.
