Worked on projects for a variety of clients using user research methodologies Examples: understanding how to improve subscription model services, personae development, research to define and empower a brand launch. Additional projects have included: UX/UI design of women's health website and prototype building

Worked with both qualitative and quantitative research for a physical product. Learned and expanded upon research methodologies to help answer product driven questions.

• Spearheaded marketing campaign from conception to creation for holiday promotional event by creating new products, developing and delegating marketing strategies, and finalizing new website and e-mail design • Photographed, designed, and edited content for website, e-mail chain and social media outlets • Created marketing efforts for social media networks as well as specific content for each channel (with Google Analytics)

• Redesigned marketing efforts through social media and web presence to foster improved community presence and involvement • Curated photo shoots of space for new marketing campaigns as well as redesign of interior space and menu • Re-branded Sol Cafe as a pivotal cafe within a thriving community by redesigning graphics, typeface, and physical space

• Designed promotional material, flyer’s, postcards, Internet product pages, print advertisements and other various marketing and design projects • Developed new brochure to feature expanding locations and online features • Collaborated with experienced design leaders at Intelligentsia to create new holiday packaging
