* As a remote member of the Retail Support Team, this role has seen me predominately working on training and upskilling brand new and existing managers within the business. I have planned, coordinated and executed all aspects of new manager training, from creating tailored training plans, conducting training, goal setting and post-training follow up and support. * Other aspects of this role have included: * contributing to monthly reporting on business goals and strategies * planning and presenting training content and leading company wide training days * working collaboratively to create company policies and procedures * conducting recruitment by holding shop floor trials, first and second round interviews and reference checks * high level conflict management and resolution * training other members within the Retail Support team on how to conduct all aspects of new manager training
