Recreation has rehabilitated my life. It's my passion, it's what I seek to share with the world, and it's what I'm good at. I believe in recreation not only as a healthy lifestyle but also a rehabilitation aid for persons with disabilities and/ or injuries as well as youth-at-risk. Although I love everything outdoor related I have a special interest in therapeutic recreation. In my free time I am passionate about MMA (Mixed martial arts) and recently participated in an amateur MMA match. I also enjoy dancing, fire-spinning, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and hiking.
