Jessica Tome
Team Lead, Talent Acquisition - Ontario & BC @ EBC Inc.
About
In the world of recruitment, I’m like a talent matchmaker, connecting dream candidates with roles they didn’t even know they were looking for. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, and culture-building, I’ve mastered the art of finding (and keeping) the best and brightest for organizations that demand nothing less. I don’t just recruit—I tell stories. Using the principles of marketing and brand awareness, I help companies shine in the crowded talent marketplace, turning heads and sparking interest where it matters most. Because let’s face it: the right employer brand doesn’t just attract talent—it makes them excited to stick around. What I bring to the hiring table: • Strategic Vision: Crafting recruitment strategies that don’t just fill seats but build teams that drive results. • Employer Branding Wizardry: Designing campaigns that showcase culture, values, and opportunities, ensuring top talent sees the magic your organization has to offer. • Operational Know-How: Streamlining processes to make hiring efficient, seamless, and (dare I say) enjoyable. • People Whispering: Building relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and stakeholders to align everyone’s goals and create winning outcomes. Now, I’m bringing this passion and expertise to my current role at EBC Inc., where I’m helping to build an even stronger foundation of talent to drive success. Excited to keep bridging the gap between great people and great opportunities—one hire at a time. 🤩
