As HR Employment Records & Operations Specialist, I supported new hire processing and personnel record transactions for 5 academic departments. I provided exceptional customer service to ensure the timely preparation of a wide range of HR paperwork and processes, with a committed focus on building and maintaining collaborative relationships. As Coordinator of Faculty Support & Operations, I was responsible for the management of unit-wide faculty and staff hiring in the School of Education and Health Sciences. I served as the Unit Subject Matter Expert on applicant tracking systems to facilitate efficient, centralized hiring in collaboration with program leadership and finance personnel. As a student assistant for the Office of the Registrar, I held the responsibility of providing clerical and technical support to the Registrar's.
