Launched the Western Black Leadership University Experience (B.L.U.E.), a unique work-integrated learning experience by leveraging cross-university partnerships, completing a series of consultations, and conducting research. Conducted financial analyses to develop a standardized, annual budget to support operational costs of the program while ensuring participants’ pay remained competitive. Facilitated promotion and recruitment strategies (i.e., developing a targeted mailing list, securing partnerships for engaging work-integrated learning opportunities for students wherein students are matched with mentors) to increase host site and student applications. Designed three innovative and interactive e-Learning modules for the entire campus community on the Articulate Rise 360 platform, through an extensive literature review process. Leveraged graphic design skills to create visually engaging graphics for e-Learning modules, that prioritize accessibility best practices and enhance the learning experience for all users. Facilitated virtual webinars and in-person workshops for hundreds of participants, employing skills in identifying learning objectives, designing engaging activities, and managing group dynamics effectively for an enriched learning experience.
