Develop, administer, and manage immigration policies and procedures for advising F-1 and J-1 students. Ensure policies align with regulations, are consistently applied, and documented. Lead the evaluation, assessment, and enhancement of advising services. •Created a 12-week comprehensive international student advisor training program, encompassing federal regulations, UB policy and interpretations, and hands on learning opportunities. Adjusted all services to a hybrid model post-COVID. •Create responsive and equitable staff telecommuting and advising schedules.
