About

I'm lucky enough to get to spend my days with people who are building a better world. I partner with entrepreneurs, investors and innovators who are creating affordable housing, clean energy, economic mobility, sustainable farms and food systems, healthcare access, and opportunities for children and families. I've worked at mission-driven businesses, nonprofit organizations and community development financial institutions (CDFIs), including Social Finance, Sunwealth, Capital Link, Blue Hub Capital and The New York Times. Currently, I serve on the Advisory Boards for Social Finance’s Impact First Fund, Mission-Driven Finance’s Childcare Access REIT, Sunwealth, Living Lands Trust, and First Teacher, and co-chair Brown University's Advisory Council on Relations with Tougaloo College, a historically black college in Mississippi. I'm also selling spice at Curio, a women-owned B corporation that partners with small farmers and women-run cooperatives around the world, and co-teaching a course on Social Impact and Entrepreneurship at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Co-teaching a course for undergraduate students on how to address global challenges through entrepreneurial ventures. My focus is on the practical "building blocks" of social impact: moving from a mission-driven idea to a fully realized operational and financial plan. It’s a joy and a privilege to help our next generation of social innovators design business plans that aim to change the world.
