Has a passion for exploring, understanding and adapting to different cultures and ways of doing business around the world. Experienced investment advisor with a history of working in the investment management industry, market intelligence and international trade. Earned a scholarship from FANTEL program in El Salvador, holds a Master’s degree in International Business, from Florida´s International University – FIU in Miami, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from ´Escuela Superior de Economia y Negocios´ – ESEN in El Salvador. Selected to attend the program "Capacity Development for Exports and Investment Promotion", in Japan by the Agency of international cooperation of Japan – JICA. Has served as a professional consultant expert in negotiation and business planning, for companies such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and FIU in Miami Florida; has worked in several USAID projects in El Salvador and served the country as alternate member with the right to vote, in the Board of Directors of Millennium Challenge Corporation FOMILENIO II in El Salvador. Has represented the institution in official missions for counterpart investment promotion agencies for countries like Poland, Germany and the United States. The last thirteen years has worked as Market Intelligence Advisor, been in charge of investment advisor antennas in countries such as Mexico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Colombia, Germany, and Houston and New York in the United States. Works as Digital Services Investment Advisor for INVEST. Currently Investment Deputy Director, incharge of attracting investment in Technology and Digital Services, including fintech and building El Salvador´s Innovation and Startup Ecosystem.
