Following continued business growth and personal development, I was appointed in the new role of Director of Business Operations. As part of the long term strategy of the business, the Managing Director who specialises in SEO and marketing wishes to move away from the day to day operations. This will enable him to concentrate all efforts in his unique area of expertise and enable the company to continue to grow. In order to achieve this goal I was appointed to this exciting and challenging new role and as such I am now fully responsible for every aspect of the day to day running of the business. The role also included providing financial reports and working directly with the Managing Director with regards to procurement and business process strategies.
