My teams are responsible for the QA of various Apple frameworks including UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, App Intents and Foundation Models. I manage a variety of skill sets including SDETs (Software Developers in Test), Tools and Automation Engineers, and manual QA Engineers.

I work collaboratively with other software engineers to ensure UIKit and SwiftUI are submitting quality code that provides an excellent user experience to customers on iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS, and tvOS. Responsibilities: - Cross-functional QA Lead for SwiftUI - Feature bring-up DRI for UIKit - User-focused end to end testing, including: daily sanity, acceptance and core test pass testing for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, and MacOS Catalyst - API and SPI testing on existing and pre-release APIs and SPIs - New hardware bring up - Maintain and create per commit, presubmission and per build pipelines and test automation - New hire onboarding and ongoing mentoring to junior team members Past Contributions: - Magic Keyboard for iPad hardware bring up QA DRI for UIKit - Cursor on iPad feature bring up QA DRI for UIKit

During my Career Experience I helped qualify the UIKit submissions to iOS, watchOS, and TVOS by executing and writing manual test cases. I also helped audit and fix both manual and automated test cases.

As a technical specialist I helped troubleshoot iOS, MacOS, tvOS, and watchOS devices while maintaining a high customer focus.

Used verbal communication and knowledge to sell products and services to customers. Diagnosed and fixed customers' problems with products.

10 week program that consisted of 12 participants chosen from hundreds. Participants leveraged Retail Science to research and design a client based solution. This solution included an advertising campaign, web and digital elements, as well as creating a positive in store experience for customers.
