- Responsible for 2 BU’s end to end recruitment work, including IC design, SW engineering & Field Engineer. - Keep close communication with hiring manager to timely fulfill their recruitment needs - Talent mapping & Org. mapping when needed - Hold New Hire Orientation and other training program - Be responsible for Employer Branding localization and social media context draft on a regular basis - Run monthly hiring report for data analysis, or meetings, presentations, when necessary

- Coordinate interview schedule between candidate and hiring managers both in Shanghai and Singapore - Update and maintain external job postings regularly (job career site/university career center/game community/wechat platform) - Maintain candidate's data in ATS and recruitment related reporting - Be responsible for new employee offering and on-boarding process - Manage / negotiate with external vendors on contracts and payment process - Support Internal Recruiting training session (focusing on interview techniques, alignment between Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers) - Work with Campus Hire program to fill Headcounts including target school contacts, CV screening, interview arrangements, consensus meeting etc. Do pre-promotion work for campus talk. - Provide bi-weekly data analysis and recruitment report for EA Asia Studios. Sourcing - CV Screening and mapping for Junior positions (Client engineers, artists) - Direct sourcing for some Corporate Function positions when needed - Well understand the full life cycle from negotiation with BU leaders to final on-board stage
