Part of a hand-picked team chosen to launch an innovative staffing structure in a new concept store. Designing training plans for 150 employees in multiple functions. Coordinating store trainers, management, employees and training resources across multiple venues and successfully meeting time critical deadlines to ensure all employees were fully trained prior to the store opening. Creating and presenting content to groups of up to 150 employees.

Leading a team across multiple service areas in a customer facing role. Ensuring both myself and team deliver exemplary customer service, whilst driving the team to exceed sales and account targets. Interpreting sales data, competitor activity and external factors to inform merchandising decisions and delegate task to the team. During my time in this role I was awarded store Employee of the Year 2014.
