Swift transition from project coordination to primary team & operations-focused project manager supporting the replacement build of IU Health Bloomington at the Regional Academic Health Center. Development and accountability management of integrated project plan, project team communication plan, team member vendor training plan coordination, facility operations plan, facility move/go live plan, and Team & Ops budget for a regional project portfolio totaling $514 million. Provided foundational PMO development to the AAHC New Downtown Hospital project, a +$4 billion new facility build. Nurtured special interest in internal team development through the creation of specialized toolkits, onboarding and development processes and standard work documentation.

Facilitate smooth transition from inpatient to outpatient services for patients and families post-TBI/ABI. Provide education to caregivers of loved ones experiencing TBI and ABI. Departmental policy management and departmental CARF standards management. Inpatient neuropsych testing, research, and data management. Assist with inpatient behavioral management and triaging. Neuropsychology program standard work and policy development.

Provides contracted forensic/legal psychometric assessments.
