At Whimsical Studios, I supported production operations as an Assistant Production Manager, focusing on logistics, shipping coordination, and production schedules to ensure timely product movement and delivery. I tracked lead times, monitored production milestones, and worked cross-functionally to resolve issues that could impact schedules. In parallel, I served as a Sourcing Coordinator, partnering with the product development team to obtain pricing, manage samples, negotiate costing with overseas suppliers, and build strong, reliable vendor relationships. Across both functions, I was known for my organized, proactive approach and ability to keep projects moving smoothly.

Managed product development and sourcing for apparel and hard goods, partnering with overseas cut-and-sew factories in China and Mexico, an in-house screen print team, and a domestic embroidery shop to bring products from concept through production. Worked directly with buyers and wholesale distributors, coordinating multi-party approvals and licensor approvals throughout development. Supported fabric selection, garment construction, yield, and TOP sample approvals; maintained SKU/UPC setup, pre-pack ratios, and Country of Origin documentation while negotiating pricing, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment.

Processed high volumes of vendor invoices and financial transactions across multiple business units using ERP systems (SAP and DM2), ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. Supported month-end closings, accruals, and journal entries for over 60 west-coast accounts, maintaining strict compliance with financial controls and deadlines. Streamlined invoice processing workflows, improving accuracy and reducing processing time, while ensuring prompt and efficient payments across all business units.
