Responsible for leading and directing Corporate HR Assistant and Regional HR Representatives in day-to-day operations. Proactively engage with regional and corporate leadership to identify and support recruiting needs. Subject Matter Expert for HRIS system and Online Application Platform.

* HR Assistant to the hiring team. Work closely with the hiring specialist to process all new hires; from offer of employment to first day of work. * Data entry of new hires’ personal information, I-9 documentation, W-4 information, pay rates, position codes, workers compensation codes, education, KSA’s, training and any other applicable documentation into HRIS (Kronos). * Ensure completion and validity of new hire documents. * Enter and track candidates and current employees in the State of Alaska Background Check Program, ensuring all state and licensing processes are met. * Process all new applications in applicant tracking system (Great Plains). * Process terminations.

* Sr. Staffing Manager for the temp division. Worked closely with client organizations to fulfill their temporary and long term staffing needs. * Performed basic HR functions; including, but not limited to; recruiting, interviewing, hiring and dispatching temporary employees while adhering to EEOC guidelines. * Data entry and maintenance of employee information in proprietary HRIS. * Acted as third party contractor to outside client companies to schedule interviews with hiring manager’s and perspective employees. Extended offers of employment and processed all new hire paperwork. * Coordinated pre-employment exams; drug screens, background checks, physicals, etc. * Audited employee time sheets for payroll processing. * Maintained professional relationships with clients and employees. * Used Federal E-Verify software

* Reception duties included * Customer service – over the phone and in person. * Operated multi-line phone systems. * Processed incoming/outgoing correspondence * Assistant to Operations duties included * Maintained confidentail client files. * Processed check distributions/deposits * Dictation of confidential client meetings * Any other duties as assigned.
