Jessica Moussan

I lead Corporate Communications for PepsiCo in the Middle East, working on strategic communications and reputation across a dynamic and fast-evolving region. My role spans corporate and executive communications, media relations, digital and internal communications, and crisis management, in close coordination with leadership teams and market stakeholders. Before PepsiCo, I led media relations for the Near and Middle East at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), overseeing engagement with international and regional media. Prior to that, I led public affairs for the organization in the UAE, helping establish its presence and build relationships with government entities. I also worked in communications and advocacy with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), and with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), including field work supporting crisis response in complex environments. Working across both corporate and humanitarian settings has shaped a grounded, pragmatic approach to communications, particularly in navigating sensitive contexts, managing reputational risk, and aligning communications with broader business and societal priorities. Alongside my corporate role, I advise philanthropies on PR and public affairs, supporting strategic positioning, thought leadership, and impact-driven communications.
