Responsible for leading our MSP Strategy at TEKsystems in an effort to better align to our MSP Partners and those they serve. This effort will help TEKsystems drive growth in our customer base and allow for deeper partnerships through strategic delivery models, streamlined operational and technology efforts, and targeted MSP client engagement.

Currently responsible for the Indiana market for TEKsystems, managing over 35 internal employees as well as over 300 consultants servicing the Indiana market. •Responsible for managing a remote office in Ft. Wayne. •Responsible for creating a strategy that aligned with •Realigned territories and sales teams, developed a Vertical Market Strategy and individual business plans for each sales team and business unit •Accountable for office profitability and bottom line revenue through day to day management, leadership and continued client interactions

Responsible for the Miami market for TEKsystems, managing over 18 internal employees as well as over 100 consultants servicing the Miami market. •Responsible for aligning five service offerings and the three IT business units for optimal market share •Realigned territories and sales teams, developed a Vertical Market Strategy and individual business plans for each sales team and business unit •Accountable for office profitability and bottom line revenue through day to day management, leadership and continued client interactions
