As Manager of Network Data Operations, I lead a dual-function team of analysts and specialists dedicated to maintaining our network’s data integrity and translating that data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. By implementing consistent data standards, building scalable technical solutions, and driving process improvements, I support teams and leaders throughout the organization as we collaborate to develop strategy and work toward shared goals. My role includes a balance of mentoring individuals, building structure for teams, and providing insights to guide strategy for the organization.
