Project Description Green Riyadh project will be developing neighborhood parks, city parks, wadis, streets and roads, parking lots, utility corridors, mosques, educational facilities and governmental building. The project will enhance landscape and hardscape in the city of Riyadh, with the goal of providing greening, shaded walkability, urban connectivity and master plan irrigation network. Responsibilities Establish and manage PMO frameworks, including project planning, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, from requirements and RFP preparation to the implementation of Green Riyadh processes, guidelines and methodologies. Ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and KPIs. Managing communication between all stakeholders. Leading cross-functional teams (design, GIS, engineering, procurement and commercial). Ensuring all projects deliverables and milestones are achieved on time and meeting client requirement and allocated budget.

Projects Description Villa Abanamay-Riyadh and Villa Al Madi-Riyadh: High-end luxurious residential villas, multi-story villas that include big landscape areas, water features, waterfalls, landscape plantation, advanced irrigation systems, smart automation systems, underground parking, Ammariyah Farmhouse-Riyadh: Large agricultural areas, wide landscape areas, advanced irrigation systems, water features, outdoor sitting areas, terraces, horses' fields, stables areas, outdoor parking, kids game areas, gardens. Responsibilities - Developing strategies for the outdoor living spaces through landscape and urban planning, - Assuring quality of architectural execution by following and implementing procedures and performing tests confirming quality requirements, architectural finishes and building components through site inspections and reports for all architectural works, - Handling and monitoring all stakeholders within the project starting with the main contractor’s documents and shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the quality or the stability of any architectural components, - Representing the client and working to manage the communication between him and the main contractor by following a detailed schedule approved by the main stakeholders, - Selecting all the look and feel items coordinating with the related suppliers, - Monitoring the project on the progress of the architectural works to maintain full site records, including daily site diaries and formal monthly reports, - Acquiring strong knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.

Project Description Traditional Lebanese houses consisting of 2-story cube made of stones standing under pyramidal, red-tiled roof. These homes typically cladded with stone and having very high ceilings with interior arcades and three windows in the shape of arches from the outside, Responsibilities - Preserving Beirut's architectural, urban and green heritage in neighborhoods, streets, public spaces, green spaces weakened by the August 4th explosion, - Assessing buildings through inspections, site visits, surveys, - Identifying buildings and public spaces in terms of architectural conditions, green interventions, typology and level of damages, - Consulting and supervising the rehabilitation works in terms for block works and landscape works.

Projects Description Large scale multiuse project in Annaba-Algeria consisting of huge landscape areas, residential buildings, healthcare center, theatre, aquapark, sports areas, public spaces, irrigation systems, landscape plantation. Luxurious resort in Kaslik-Lebanon consisting of commercial center, aquarium, tower hotel, pools, marina, seaside areas and public green spaces, restaurants., Responsibilities - Submitting Landscape strategies, landscape plans, execution drawings and BOQs, - Coordinating with MEAE sister company S.C.P.A Bluteau Nassif Architects located in Marseille-France, - Coordinating with the client and the technical engineers, - Preparing and handling official presentations for the Lebanese Supreme Council of Civil and urban Organization. - In MEAE I worked on all phases of a project from landscape and urban planning to design and execution works of many projects (international, local, large-scale projects...) using my highly advanced REVIT skills in 2D drawings, 3D modeling, rendering...
