• Contract position in downstream process development • Purify therapeutic proteins with minimal supervision • Work as member of a team to solve technical problems related to purification of proteins and scale-up of purification processes. • Planning, conducting and interpreting experiments, writing technical reports, and presenting technical data.

• Perform method development and validation in support of study design in compliance with GLP guidelines • Methodically maintain precise records of all experiments in accordance with good laboratory practices • Perform wet techniques and bench work as required • Perform long term and short term stability studies under various conditions • Collaborate with onsite toxicology, provide analytical support for inhalation, solid, oral doseage studies • Write, review and edit data, reports, protocols and SOP’s • Operation and maintenance of all chromatographic equipment (HPLC, LC/MS and GC) required for study conduct • Manage chemist schedules and communication with clients • Review and finalize reports

Assist the study director in the design and execution of experiments. Follow SOPS, GLP laboratory practices and protocols. Update SOPs and Protocols as needed. Maintain a clean lab and order supplies as needed.

Follow SOP's HPLC, GCMS, percent soilds, density, viscosity, pH particle size. Check overall quality of products. Complete Certificate of Analysis for each product, update SOP's and develop new methods
