Working under direct supervision of Vice President of Operations, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to establish, maintain, and improve company and production operations.

Primary responsibility: Managed escalations on the Ariba Supplier Enablement Committee in Accounts Payable. Supported the AP manager with SAP and Ariba updates. Supported the Assistant Controller and Controller with development and implementation of archiving/purging data for this international and historical landmark.

• Corporate level payroll and billing- auditing and managing staff at local levels, overseeing up to ten managers at each location and hundreds of employees with regards to payroll and billing. Up to 5 national locations. • General accounting projects and reporting to AP and AR regarding billing • Entrusted with funding in the scope of accounting for values in the million dollar range. • Additional payroll and HR tasks to include managing W2 Reprints and W2 distributions nationwide, ACA Eligibility tracking. • Team efforts in supporting administrative staff with use of Shoretel and Cisco phone systems, organizing hard copy and electronic data.

• Front office payroll, staffing, and scheduling. Attendance tracking. • Specializing in two healthcare union contracts in 24 hour operations. • Admissions to include managing room scheduling and assignments. • Call Center assignments to include booking appointments, correspondence with medical staff, managed assistance for the hearing impaired via TDD/TTY, active member of Labor Management Partnership (Please see volunteer experience.)

• Property and Casualty licensed insurance agent servicing personal lines insurance accounts. • Assisted with servicing commercial lines insurance accounts. • Office management training to include payroll, IT oversight. • As a team player, assisted with administrative duties.

Basic clerical functions (filing, faxing, answering phones, data entry, dictating), processing incoming and outgoing mail, mass mail marketing, managing correspondence between insurance agencies, assisting in implementation of new software/technology and filing systems.
