I’m a retail District Manager who loves to lead teams through inspiring, coaching and developing. I am known for generating creative solutions, constantly seeking efficiencies, and mentoring my teams. I thrive when I can facilitate to groups, large or small, and educate future leaders on near and long term company initiatives. I truly enjoy getting “into their world” so I can collaborate using each person’s talents and amplify their skills to reach business goals. I recognize every team member for their individuality; everyone has a voice and together we win. I seek to expand my knowledge base through attending various leadership courses to continue to redefine what’s possible. I started my retail career in the late 90’s as a sales associate working at one of the largest malls in the Chicago land area. I worked for Bath and Body Works, promoted year after year, started as a sales associate advancing to each position reaching the Store Manager role. In 2007, I joined Soma as a Store Manager, seven years later I became the District Manager of Chicago. In 2017 I was promoted to District Manager of Southern California, it was a dream of mine to move to California, for the weather, palm trees and the ocean. It was here in California that my teams and I had our best year yet in 2019, crushed our goals and reached new milestones.
