online media manager
zoopla property group plc (zpg)
As the Online Media Manager I headed up the Adops team at ZPG, covering Zoopla, Primelocation and Globrix. Main responsibilities/requirements included: Working closely with the sales team, offering advice and information in order to effectively and efficiently meet the clients' requirements. Liaising directly agencies and clients where possible to ensure everyone was kept up to date and we/they received all relevant data within tight time constraints. When errors occurred I was proficient in troubleshooting the issue, working with myself and other departments to find a resolution. This also requires a keen eye for discrepancies. Working directly with the accounts team to ensure all billing is correct and completed within a set time frame is essential, including keeping the figures current and accurate during the month.

ad ops account director
unanimis
An element of my responsibilities as an Account Director was to over see all ad ops activity that ran across my assigned publishers. I managed Brand campaigns on an individual basis from the moment they were sold to their completion. This included creative testing, setup, and management of the campaign, ensuring the best results through optimisation. I was also responsible for accurately forecasting each placement within my campaigns to ensure billing was always correct. I liaised with sales, agencies and client services to ensure maximum delivery of revenue.

ad ops executive
this is global
Working as an Advertising Operations Executive for Global Radio, I was responsible for Interactive sales campaigns sold by my assigned sales groups. A prerequisite of my role was to ensure smooth delivery of all campaigns, adhering to strict schedules at all times as well as providing all campaign reports and stats throughout their duration. I worked closely with the sales team to ensure what was booked was reasonable and deliverable, constantly checking against inventory and availability as well as certifying what they’re pitching is possible. A portion of my time was dedicated to chasing and clearing creative from clients and agencies. At the end of these campaigns I would provide all information in a clear and concise fashion.

interactive project manager
this is global
Before the Gcap – Global Radio merger I worked as an Interactive Project Manager. Dissimilar from the role I carried out post-merger I was in charge of the Interactive Design team. I worked personally with the sales team, but the majority of my attention was directed towards ensuring all briefs were executed correctly. This included copy writing and rewording all briefs in order for the design team to receive clear, succinct instructions. I was to ensure all that was promised and agreed upon with the clients was delivered and all stats and relevant information was presented throughout the campaigns. This often resulted in the creation of a PCA (Post Campaign Analysis) that the sales team would present to the agency. From the very beginning of a campaign to the end I was thoroughly involved in its creation and execution; liaising with clients and agencies to ensure what they desired was implemented efficiently and effectively.
