About
I first started working in Nursing Homes as a Nurse in 2013. Having completed my training at Bournemouth General Hospital, with a stint in orthopaedics at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. I went on to become a peripatetic nurse, then Clinical Lead and Interim Home Manager. Acquiring new skills and responsibilities enabled me to be promoted to Home Manager in 2018. I pride myself to always ensure outstanding resident care and this commitment led to me becoming Home Manager, then an Operations Manager and now a Regional Director .
