Tested dairy products for quality while researching new processing and pasteurization methods. Duties included preparing samples for gas chromatography (GC) analysis, analyzing data output from GC and ensuing a clean and safe work environment though proper cleaning techniques of glass and other lab ware.

Worked through many aspects of the mortgage industry from initial contact with a potential client to final scrubbing of the applications prior to sending to underwriting.
