Job Responsibilities: Leads the production of several processes lines in a highly technical environment • and responsible for the line's success. Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality. • Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements. • Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability. • Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. • Provides technical and operational advice to project teams. • May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function. • Engage in training and coaching of junior operators. • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. • Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects. • Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses. • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. • Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.

Over see and handling material management

1. Counter checking outgoing delivery. 2. Despatching sales order from salesman. 3. Inspection of incoming goods in term of quantity and quality. 3. Printing bar-code for in door sales. 4. 1. Oversee and monitor daily shipment delivery. 2. To ensure every shipment delivery with zero defect. 3. Arrangement of monthly and year-end warehouse stock count. 3. To ensure safety and health in the working places. 4. Preparing monthly shipment,packing and warehouse report . 5. Daily manpower and working activities arrangement. 6. Overseeing and allocating the defect and non-conformance product.

Responsibilities: Store Clerk cum ISO and ESH Internal Auditor 1. Develop and implement an effective warehouse operation policy and administration. 2. Completed manage the warehouse operation from raw materials store and finished goods store. 3. Monitored and maintained accuracy of all inventories transaction at warehouse location. 4. Applied effective security and stock control measures guarantying stock security and accurate inventory. 5. Designed, developed and introduced warehouse business processes and procedures in line with ISO standards. 6. Ensure smooth part supply to production floor. 7. Ensure process of each department fully compliance with ISO Procedures. 8. Ensure Environment, Safety And Health(ESH) policy are compliances. 9. Data entry for daily transaction stock in and out. 10. Preparation monthly,half-yearly department report. 11. Participating for monthly and year-end stock take activity.
