Hi! I'm Jessel Newton, I am passionate about helping students, parents and adults with ADHD/EF challenges succeed. I have personally experienced the challenges of raising children diagnosed with ADHD and want others to know that life changing support exists! Some days, it may feel that you are drowning, but learning customized skills and strategies can be transforming. Together, with my team, we educate, empower and teach skills and strategies through 1:1 coaching to individuals, through group coaching to parents, as well as through online courses. I am a Board Certified Coach through the Center of Credentialing and Education. I have an M.A in Community Counseling from Regent University and a B.S in Family Studies from University of Maryland, College Park. I am a graduate of the International Coaching Federation-accredited JST Coaching & Training program, the leading authority on ADHD/ Executive Function Coaching. I have 20 years of parenting under my belt, 3 amazing kids with ADHD, and an incredible amount of empathy and passion to help those struggling with ADHD/ EF challenges to succeed!
