Jesse Ware

As a Merchandise Assortment Planner at Lowe's, I support mostly our Millwork division. I leverage my retail analytics and sales experience to optimize merchandising strategies, inventory settings, line designs and overall margin return optimization. I seek out special initiatives whenever possible and love helping to improve processes. My recent accelerator projects have focused on store trait clustering and financial plan alignment. I have a degree in History from Appalachian State University, with a focus on Law and Criminal Justice. I value learning, curiosity, and problem-solving, and I apply these skills to my work every day. I have a blue-collar work ethic and a desire to deliver excellent results on any project I involve myself with.
