Enterprise Storage Administrator, serving data to various departments of the Government of New Brunswick using EMC Storage products and VMware. Providing management of server and storage infrastructure for 4000+ workloads across province, servicing 40000+ government users, departments, hospital corporations and the public.

System Administrator for the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, remotely managing systems for 20+ Casino properties across North America. NetApp storage administrator, Commvault backup administrator; supporting a vast assortment of projects and technologies. Install, test and upgrade business applications in accordance with change management guidelines. Managing virtual Windows servers using VMware and Acropolis, hosted on Nutanix hardware.

Network Administrator for Casino New Brunswick, responsible for all networking and systems throughout the entire complex. Managing everything from Windows Servers, Active Directory, CISCO Unified Communications, Routing and Switching. Terminated floor and office network cables, data and phone lines, assigned to proper rack and tested operation All maintained in a 24/7 365 on-call environment. Awarded "Team Member Of The Month" for November 2014. Casino New Brunswick was purchased by the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation in 2015.

Supported and maintained the local office network. Remotely supported hundreds of franchise restaurants across North America. Traveled around the maritime provinces, maintained restaurants, set up networks and point of sale systems at new / refurbished restaurants. Trips ranged from local day trips around Woodstock and Fredericton to week long excursions to St John's Newfoundland and stopping at every KFC restaurant along the way. (5000km round trip)

Maintained a website for technical articles involved in gas station point of sale software troubleshooting, and the PCs and gas pumps involved in these operations. Disaster Recovery Plan Coordinator. Lead of escalations team, received Continuous Improvement training (Six Sigma) and managed various process improvements. Received "Employee Of The Year" for Technical Support Unit in 2006 and received "Continuous Improvement" award in 2008.

Participated in a 6 month placement Co-op student at the NBCC Woodstock campus in the IT department. Later hired on as a summer student through the SEED program to perform network cabling, classroom setups and general PC repairs / user support.
