I am currently working in the Emergency Room at St. Boniface Hospital as a RNBN. I am a positive, outgoing, individual, I excel in communication, verbal and non-verbally to various health disciplines and beyond that to various members within the community. I am trained in Level 1A (monitoring in urgent care) and Level 1B (monitoring in critical areas) as well as the Resuscitation room nurse for acute life threatening Illnesses patients are experiencing a within the Emergency Room I am also BLS, ACLS, TNCC and ENPC certified. I take on Senior Practicum Nursing students in their 4th year for their final Practicum where they have the opportunity to complete their program with a large learning curve with critical thinking, fast changing origination and prioritizing of patients as well as a large amount of skills. I have also been hired and working with Quick Care agency nursing where I am traveling around to different hospitals within rural Manitoba and filling in available RN shifts.
