Prior to working in Leadership Development area, he also started his career as a software engineer and worked in Information Technology and Financial sector for 10 years. Then, he found his passion in People Development, especially Leadership Development. Ever since he has changed his career to resource development at Thomson Reuters, Leadership Development at dtac and Goodwill Learning Solutions. In his spare time, he is interested in physical and mental fitness. He also has finished in several IRONMAN races (long distance triathlon) since 2014.
