Empathy. Communication. Transformation. After nearly a decade in marketing and communications, I made the leap to pursue my passion: helping others heal, grow, and thrive. Currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's student at Merrimack College, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care in a trauma-informed environment. With a foundation in relationship-building and mindfulness, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can reconnect with their authentic selves. My experience in leadership, communication, and strategic thinking allows me to bridge the gap between understanding people and empowering them with the tools they need to flourish. I'm excited to begin my practicum and internship, where I can bring my skills in empathy, multicultural counseling, and therapeutic techniques to a clinical setting.
