This report is completed in line with the supplier management procedure, grading suppliers on key performance measures such as quality, delivery, quantity, and price. • Develop and maintain responsible suppliers. Know the key personnel and have an understanding of their production processes and internal systems at each critical supplier. • Obtains competitive quotations as directed and selects suppliers based on quality, cost, lead-time, service, and financial stability. • Aggressively seek and recommend cost saving possibilities based upon new sources, substitutes, improved systems, or new items.
