Specialized focused recruiting for .NET, Java, Progress/OpenEdge, Embedded Engineering and Front-End permanent roles. Secondary focus on Business Intelligence, Infrastructure Management, and Analysis.

After streamlining the operations functions in our consulting divisions, as well as the IT Direct Search/Staff Augmentation Division, my focus is now managing high-end accounts and recruiting the highest performing/top talent for my clients.

As the recruiting and operations coordinator, I support two different divisions: IT - Direct Search/Staff Augmentation and Workforce Management Consulting division. Each division has exclusive functions. The Workforce Management Division is a consulting business unit with fulltime Project Managers, SME's, Business Analysts etc - who perform upgrades, implementations and help with vendor selection for clients who have (or want) Kronos products (Time, Attendence, Scheduler, HR and Payroll modules). This is all project work based on Statements of Work. For this division my support is focused around Project Tracking, Recruiting for internal Workforce Management Professionals, as well as developing and executing internal processes for document retention and communications. The IT Search and Staff Augmentation division is a recruiting arm which connects our clients with great IT talent on a direct hire and contract to hire basis. For this division I recruit high performance IT professionals to be placed with my clients. Account Management, Behavioral and Technical Interviewing, Research, Calendar Coordination, Social Media Coordination and direct support of the VP/Director of both divisions is also performed in my role.

Volt is a full service staffing firm, helping find light industrial, administrative, accounting, engineering and IT talent for our customers.
