• Responsible for management of Avionics system and onsite operation/monitoring of Puerto Rico's first Bi-Propellant Liquid Rocket Engine • Maintained and refactored multi-stage ignition system, using NASA-derived FSM's • Developed circuit and code to implement proprietary Master-Slave logic via 2 pin, binary half-duplex connection, with constraint of being unable to use dedicated SPI pins, controlling entire rocket engine circuit from a single MCU, effectively reducing GSS complexity from half a dozen MCU's to a single control point • Optimized MCU chip storage by migrating portions of code from constrained SRAM, to FRAM, minimizing storage overhead, and solving storage bottleneck that is commonly associated with budget MCU's in use • Leading software architecture design and electronics design of future Loxodon Liquid Engine Rocket, for slated 2027 competition

• Refactored and designed wireless 2.4Ghz functionality into over a dozen MCU's, modifying existing logic to accommodate network coprocessor (esp32 WROOM-E) • Implemented 3 volume-mounted docker contained DAQ/Control system, effectively controlling and monitoring entire rocket system from custom MVC Javascript website via local network • Implemented custom API contract for custom-built wireless sensor & valve-control logic, connecting to live-hosted InfluxDB backend database that accessed open port for sub-second website display & control, with graphing via chartjs and website server control via python Flask • Refactored and implemented physical data logging via SD writing into over a dozen MCU's, complying with industry standard practice of data retention for redundancy

• Developed over a dozen sensors in Arduino C++, prototyping circuitry in TinkerCad and applying with rocket engine-compliant sensors • Assisted in conceptualizing hardware and software requirements for new rocket engine design
