Task’s & Responsibilities: - Follow TEKS MT Program & training in regards to Kaizen Management System, 5R/5S, & understanding of continuous improvement in business process. - Assist TEKS team to audit business processes and operational work flow in Triputra Group sister companies (Dispatched to Pako Group: Astra Otoparts Manufacturing and to Puninar Logistics: Integrated Logistic Solutions). - Read, Write, Summarize audit reports for superiors. - Prepare presentations and reports for Senior level managers & supervisors at Holding company. - Assist TEKS teams with administration, filing, and organization of project files. Achievements in 3.5 months: - Understand the importance of Kaizen and the Continuous Improvement mindset towards building company culture. - Understand how Conglomerate/Multinational coorporations are built - Integrity & Ethics, Excellence, Compassion, and Humility.

2.5 months internship Positioned as assistant in HR & Legal Department intern. Task’s & Responsibilties; - Understand business flow of company & organization. - Assist with filing & data input administration of employee database. - Read & Review company contracts with employees and external parties in improving grammar or conducting spell checks. - Clean & Filter company data in Microsoft Excel as instructed by superiors. - Read & Summarize daily news reports given by superiors. - Printing & Filing organization. - Assisted superiors in any tasks required to be done. Achievements in 2 Months: - Understood company culture & hierarchy. - Improved in Microsoft excel abilities and skills - Improved in Team discussion and engagement. - Improved in Comprehension and instruction execution capabilities. - Improved in Communication with colleagues and navigating through white collar professional office culture.

4 months internship. Positioned under R&D Manager as R&D intern. Task’s & responsibilities: - Sort & improve internal department documents & administration. - Monitor & Report Procurement activity with external suppliers and understand materials such as; wood species & products, glueing systems, production machinery, handtools, paint systems, supporting materials, and outsourced maintenance subcontractors. - Monitor & Report production flow process and understand how final products are manufactured from start of incoming raw material to packaged and ready for export. - Develop Website Concept for company. - Learn about Construction Engineering of Wood products & learned how to read construction/production drawings. Achievement in 4 Months. - Website Designed on Wix.com was running and registered as an official domain. Company had updated website with modern design, layout, pictures, and explainations of products, company, services, etc. - Understood the basics of reading construction/production drawings. - Improved in research ability and skill - Improved in comprehension ability and skill - Learned how to build a website from scratch with no prior experience. - Learned project management and planning - Learned Scheduling & tracking - Learned Reports management and systematic filing
