Handling all orders intended for all projects for NPC, NGCP, MERALCO and other utilities. Prepares status reports for all purchased materials for a large projects. Prepares and reviews purchase orders based on internal customer purchase requisition. Prepares canvass sheets for each requested requisitions and orders including recommendations based on factors such as cost, terms, manufacturing lead-time and compliance to specifications. Assist Sales for the inquiry and quotation to supplier during tendering stage. Co-ordinates logistical activities with assigned forwarders and brokers to ensure on-time delivery of ordered material. Performs vendor evaluation based on quality of work, on-time delivery and reliability. Performs plant visits and back-ground check as needed.

Assist Senior Design Engineer in the preparation of technical drawings and design specifications for various projects. Engage in the electrical design of Panels (Control, Protection etc.) which includes the preparation of Single Line, Schematic, and Panel Wiring Diagrams and components list. Conduct field survey and investigation to see the existing layout and for the proposed components/equipments as per specification of the projects. Assist the commissioning engineer during the commissioning and installation works both at office and at site

Handling all orders and big projects of Energy Sector of Siemens Inc i.e. MANILA ELECTRIC Company, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, Iligan Light, CITITEL, Therma Mobile, Davao Light,NLUPC Wind Farm Projects and San Gabriel Projects . Responsible for the canvassing and preparation of Purchase Orders. Monitor all incoming shipments. Responsible for all the importation and exportation of the equipment intended for the projects. Assist Sales in the approval of dwgs to suppliers and customers. Responsible in the approval of cost calculation related to the duties and taxes, freight and trucking of the sales.Evaluate and accredit new supplier and contractor.
