As the Head of HR-Asia at Shape Corp., a global leader in automotive manufacturing, I lead a team of HR professionals to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions across the region. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have developed a strong expertise in lean manufacturing, talent development, organization performance improvement, and management consulting. I hold an MBA degree from UQAM and several professional certifications, including international registered trainer, agile course development certified instructor, and certified coach. I am passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge with others, as evidenced by my involvement as an MBA tutor, a magazine columnist, a public speaker, and a non-profit founder. I also enjoy coaching executive leaders to help them overcome their challenges, improve their self-awareness, and achieve their goals.
