Setup and operate Hitachi CNC lathes while helping other employees. Ability to make some program modifications with basic knowledge of G and M code. Knowledge of single and double spindle lathes, with up to 3 turrets. Also operate Doosan and Takisawa CNC lathes with bar feeding systems.

Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild machines and plant equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Participated in the rebuild, transfer, and set up of 6 machines from other facilities. Building and Facilities maintenance. Fabrication.

Department budgeting and organization. Supervised 16 employees across three shifts. Performed job scheduling and assisted in layout and tool designing. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup. Made fixtures for machines using lathes, mills, grinders, and welding.

Setup and operate New Britain automatic screw machines. Troubleshooting and tool grinding. Train new employees on machine setup and procedures. Sharpen tooling for the machines using surface grinders and fixtures.
