Responsible for developing a registration, training and accreditation programme for the Tax Administration Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) Secretariat who are based in Washington DC

Senior Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Advisor to the Customs Administration of Serbia; responsible for delivering the following in line with World Customs Organisation & EU requirements for PCA:- Management strategy &, business planning, organisational structure, creation of audit and technical guidelines, delivery of training in systems based audit & control to all auditors, Audit awareness seminars to the trade and accompanying auditors on visits to provide practical assistance

* responsible for: * Developing and delivering, in consultation with representatives from all 46 member countries, a technical work programme of between 21 and 25 workshops per year, plus up to 12 operational project teams. * Liaising with other international organisations such as the EU Commission and OECD to arrange joint events. * Attending, administering and chairing technical work programme events. * Developing operational knowledge databases for delivering results of project team output, * Editing members articles in English prior to publication

* Over 20 Years experience in “Cradle to Grave” Post Clearance Audit of Large Businesses within the UK using the latest techniques of Risk evaluation & e-Audit. * Development and delivery of Customs, Excise VAT and Revenue Post Clearance Audit training courses * Successfully managed through inception to delivery a high profile project dealing in ways of creating workable Tax Systems Partnerships with the trade. * Acting as Departmental consultant for traders and leading software houses with systems development needs for Customs, Excise VAT and associated regimes and review of implementation of bespoke software, including regimes covering CFSP, NCTS and Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) * Providing Excise & Inland Customs staff with advanced e-audit techniques and analysis skills in identifying risk areas within their more complex traders computerised systems in a wide range of regimes

Consultant to Myanmar, Thai and Cambodian Customs in helping to promote and develop Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and Post Clearance Audit (PCA) programs using systems based audit techniques.
