Deeply involved in 2 corporate finance projects which involve an 8-year length, £102.8 billion equivalent syndicated loan project with other 9 banks, cooperated with team members and communicated with clients to conduct researches in the city reconstruction site and drafted research reports on our findings such as financial report analysis, future market prediction and policy analysis. Assisted in a company financial structure improvement project, composed relevant business researches, such as the company's business plan, current financial problem report, and helped in the draft of the solution. Led a group to conduct a business innovation plan at the end of the internship which mainly focused on how to combine the new environmental policy in Shanghai with our customer relations management.

Developed the skill in using Microsoft Office Excel by using pivot table to compare drivers' working hours and orders delivered to improve the methods that the company used to evaluate drivers' performance. Improved communicating and teamwork skills during arranging an online promotion with colleges from different regions. Persuaded 5 local restaurants/supermarkets to provide discounts for customers from our platform. Boosted the performance of drivers by establishing close personal relationships with each driver and reorganize them by their personality to co-work better, decreased the time of delivery by 45%, and the cost per order by 20%.
