1. To be responsible for QC activities for incoming raw materials, finish good, and third party manufacturing. 2. To lead a team of QC Techs on managing the testings and day-to-day operation on the floor. 3. Responsible to ensure the formulation are up to date. 4. Carry out studies on new formulation. 5. Managing the formulation used in the plant. 6. To assist to maintain and improve various QMS: ISO 9001, TS 16949; GLT QA Manual, GSC Q standards 7. Assist in monitoring lab improvement CAPEX project 8. To show and lead as an example onto safety practices in the work zone. 9. To monitor all the required safety projects in the lab. 10. Lead the plant first time past rate meeting and discussion. 11. Lead the plant cross contamination improvement project.

1. To oversee the activities in the quality departments. 2. To ensure the QC of incoming raw material, finish good, and online inspection are performed as per the WI. 3. To represent company as MR and maintain the QMS (ISO 9001), and coordinate the relevant audits. 4. To oversee the equipment calibration / maintanence for the plant. 5. To liase-on with customer complaints and feedbacks and lead for effective corrective and/or preventive actions. 6. To compile and summarize monthly quality reports. 7. To manage company non conformance product, whether on their disposals or recovery. 8. To manage the team to distribute different job role in the department. 9. To assist the sales / marketing team on technical services to the customers. 10. Lead in quality aspect for product R&D. 11. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. 12. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. 13. Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors. 14. Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends of issues in the field of quality control.
