I work as an Electrical Supervisor, I'm quite familiar with electrical control and automation system such as PLC,HMI, Inverter control, Motor and electrical circuit design. I used to work as a R&D electrical engineer. I work as project management and achieved a lot of company development goals. In my company, my responsibilities are as following: 1. Conduct training and support our technician team.Make easy-understanding brochures for our staffs. Establish the training room and training mechanism for our staffs. 2. Communicate with our customers and suppliers, especially about electrical technique such as: Inverter, Power cable, Breaker, Genset calculation and selection. 3. Go to site for troubleshooting complicated issues on spot. 4. Repair the electrical components such as Inverter, safety monitoring device and hydraulic stations, etc. 5. Know well of many brands of tower cranes electrical system: COMANSA, Liebherr, Comedil, Yongmao. Familiar with inverter opertion and commissioning, familiar with PLC and HMI programming. Know well of electrical circuit design, calculation. 6. Know well of electrical professional softwares, MS office, mechanical design software as autoCAD, Solidworks. 7. Good at oral and written English.

Work as PE, in charge of electrical technical work for all the lifting products. 1.Work as an electrical Engineer, responsible for localizing electrical and electromechanical parts of overseas products. Support Customer Service, Purchasing, Production and Sales department. 2. Prepare electrical drawings, design and select all the electrical components, improve PDM. 3. Work with mechanical engineers and finish all the projects. 4. Prepare drawings or schematics by Solidworks, Auto CAD, Office, PDM and SAP.

1.As the electrical superviser, report to the technical manager directly, lead the electrical team to fulfill the projects.So far, have successfully developed many projects and passed the tests. 2.Responsible for transferring the technology of electromechanical parts of tower crane, including calculation and selection of electrical parts, drawing the schematic and processing paper, listing BOM, preparing the Chinese/English manual. 3.Technically communicate with customers and suppliers. 4.Prepare the electrical processing with QM and production department,prepare the docmentation, make inspection process. 5.Troubleshooting with after-sales department at home and abroad,improve the defective parts, train the relevant technicians and clients. 6.Translate the technical documents and liase with engneers in mother company. 7.Familiar with FI, PLC,control circuit design and electric components selection. 8.Familiar with mechanics, such as 3d design software, tolerance and fit, metal processing and heat treatment, stress calculation, etc.

1.Familiar with CNC control system.Mastered the FANUC 0i series and 18i series, MITSUBISHI 60S series CNC system. 2.Mastered S7-300 PLC programming and debugging，Know well of Frequency Inverter's principle and using, aslo familiar with HMI's using too. Know well of automation control. 3.Proficient in using MS office, Auto CAD and UG. 4.Fluent spoken and written English.

Learned the principle of mechanics,mechanical design,tolerance and fit,metalline processing and heat treatment,electrotechnology and electronics,digital circuit,anolog circuit,SCM,measuring and testing techniques,PLC,UG and so on.
