Jerron Hull

I am fortunate that I have been with AIM Engineering and Surveying, Inc. for 20 of the close to 40 years that the company has been in business. This history and longevity gives me a unique and valuable perspective since I have held many positions starting on the survey crew and working my way up to Chief Executive Officer. As one of AIM’s leaders, I spend a lot of time thinking about how our team, can continue our many years of success. I believe that the building blocks for success are hard work, a focus on your deliverables and enjoying your work life. The AIM perspective is that your career is a marathon, not a sprint.
