Developing and maintaining the Kartable Android application. Setting up the architecture with MVVM presentation pattern, RXJava2, the new Android Architecture Components and some data binding. Test strategy based on Espresso and MockWebServer. Progressively migrating the code base to Kotlin. * Context: Offshore development of a production monitoring application. * Mission: Project leader, offshore coordinator, functional analyst: * Wrote the functional specifications (use cases). * Defined the architecture with the development team and the customer architects. * Coached the offshore team in Bangalore: product backlog setup and follow-up, defined measurable targets in term of code quality (code coverage, etc.), helped improving Scrum practices * Technologies: Scrum, JEE, Spring.

* Project: mobile CMS application. * Setup of the Android test strategy: * inception of a Behaviour Driven Development approach, involving acceptance scenarios in Confluence which drive the Android tests implemented with: * the Android gradle plugin flavors, * JUnit 4, robolectric, mockito.

* Functional architect and developer within a Scrum team: * Wrote the functional specifications as user stories complying with the Behaviour Driven Development practices, notably the inclusion of acceptance test scenarios.
